Receiving Coordinator

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate and prepare deliveries for outside vendors.
• Communicate with internal team on outside process delivery timelines.
• Manage expedite order requests from customers and vendors.
• Communicate quality defects from outside processing and coordinate with vendors on resolutions.
• Create verify and match job/P.O. to vendors.
• Assist in the warehouse and shipping department as need.
  • Read jobs for specific instructions for packaging requirements special request or process that needs to be completed before shipping.
  • Print out pick list and follow any packaging request or special instructions from customer service.
  • Package parts in the appropriate size box label and disposition to the correct area or location.
  • Loading and unloading trucks.
• Keep a clean and organized work area.
• Other tasks as requested

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

• Proficient in Microsoft office tools.
• Ability to communicate with other departments in a professional manner and treat others with respect.
• Ability to grasp manipulate or assemble objects.
• Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Capability of working from verbal instructions.
• Engage in a team environment to resolve issues.
• Ability to work independently on primary responsibilities.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
