Job Summary

Unit Role: Delivery of Firm Base Operations to the Army support to UK Ops and delivery of engagement to civil Role: Plan Lead and execute the delivery of Firm Base support including Head of Establishment (HoE) responsibilities on behalf of the Commander Joint Military Command (JMC) in your assigned :
of Establishment (HoE) on behalf of JMC Comd and in accordance with ACSO 1105 to Imjin Bks Innsworth Buckley Bks Hullavington Azimghur Bks Colerne and Duke of Gloucester Bks South Cerney.
and management of your JMC Hub Team a mixed workforce team spread across multiple sites including attached personnel e.g. MPGS guard force (ADCON) as assigned.
and maintain relationships with Tenant Units in your AoR 3rd Party Lodgers and principal service delivery partners.
and chair routine customer/supplier liaison forums (e.g. Site Infrastructure Management Meetings (SIMM) contract monitoring meetings Firm Base Establishment Committees (FBEC) etc).
identify risks issues and opportunities across your AoR and act to mitigate exploit escalate and resolve as appropriate.
-ordinate support and deconflict tenant unit business continuity plans across your sites.
orders support UK resilience activity in support of JMC Comds.
tasks as directed by your JMC Comd.
