Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Cooperate with quotations complete cost accounting and participate in technical evaluation of quotations.
• Collaborate with the designing team to properly implement ideas to complete significant projects and provide all engineering support.
• Build 3D model.
• Deliver accurate construction output execution documents such as output the layout drawing isometric drawing piping MTO foundation layout drawing E&I location and cable tray drawing.
• Piping routing study with supports as per customer/ project requirement.
• Shall be having relevant working experience for Plant Engineering & SKID Engineering and also shall be aware of various documents and procedures to be followed while modelling.
• Keep up to date with new developments of standards procedures and interpret all design codes and ensure effective performance of all piping activities.
• Provide support to all purchase activities (preparing purchase requisition bid evaluation etc.) and ensure the correctness of vendor submittals.
• Communicate effectively with clients and various departments within the company to resolve technical issues during project execution.
• Provide technical guidance for production manufacturing and installation.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience:

• E. (Bachelor of Engineering) / Piping Design & Engineering with over 3 years of industry experience. Chemical engineering environmental protection or related majors.
• Basic technical knowledge in the field of Piping Engineering applicable to various sector & Industries.
• Knowledge and practical use of drawing and drafting standard.
• Proficient in using AutoCAD and CADWorx
• Evaluating technical bids.
• Support construction and field engineering for the closure of technical queries.
• Problem solving skills from issue identification to root cause resolution.
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency specifically with MS Excel and Power Point are required.
• Familiar for use and application of design codes standards & regulations (ASME API DIN KS(JIS) etc.)
• Conversant with piping component dimensions / material standards.
• Problem-solving ability for piping design and material.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• English Language Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words rules of composition and grammar.

KNOWLEDGE IN:

• Standards and systemsProficient in Section VIII Div.1 GB150 and related standards. Familiar with NB/T 47000 PED 2014/68/EU EN 13445. Ability to connect different normative differences.
• EnglishCapable of listening speaking reading and writing. Can communicate and clarify technical issues through meetings with foreign clients.
• SoftwareProficient in PV-EliteSW-6Auto CADMicrosoft Office. Familiar with engineering software such as Creo and Nozzle Pro.
• Other professional knowledge Familiar with structural mechanics and material mechanics. Familiar with the characteristics of commonly used metal materials in various chemical equipment. Master the workflow of equipment design processing the chemical equipment industry.
