- Provide administrative support to the team by handling clerical tasks such as data entry filing and organizing documents.
- Manage and respond to emails phone calls and other correspondence in a timely manner.
- Schedule appointments meetings and travel arrangements for team members.
- Assist in preparing reports presentations and other business documents.
- Support with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking.
- Coordinate with other departments and external partners as needed.
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and equipment is functioning properly.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and maintain a high level of professionalism.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or related role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus.
