Job Summary

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers remotely resolving their issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting technical problems related to our products and services.
  • Document all customer interactions and solutions in the system for future reference.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry best practices to provide accurate assistance.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a technical support role preferably in a remote environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in using help desk software and remote support tools.

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
  • Experience in providing support for software applications or IT solutions.
  • Knowledge of network troubleshooting and basic IT infrastructure.
