Ironside Restoration is seeking a Remote Administrative Typist to join our team. As an Administrative Typist you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team remotely. Your duties will include typing correspondence managing databases and supporting the team with various tasks.
Job Responsibilities:
- Typing and formatting documents including letters reports and presentations;
- Managing and updating databases and spreadsheetsli>
- Assisting with scheduling and calendar management;
- Handling incoming and outgoing communication;
- Organizing and maintaining files and records;
- Providing general administrative support to the team;
- Other ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proficient in typing and data entry;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Good written and verbal communication skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
- Ability to work independently and remotely;
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Desired Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative role;
- Experience with database management;
- Experience working remotely;
- 2 years of relevant work experience.
