DescriptionAs a Marketing Strategy Senior Associate on the Payments Marketing team you will drive Zelle consumer marketing strategy and execution managing multi-channel campaigns across owned channels as well as sports entertainment and strategic partnerships. You will accelerate digital adoption among Chase customers through innovative marketing initiatives and boost Zelle enrollments and engagement by identifying and executing contextual use cases that integrate Zelle into customers everyday financial activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Multi-Campaign Management:Oversee the planning development and execution of multiple concurrent marketing campaigns ensuring seamless integration across diverse channels such as sports sponsorships entertainment events strategic partnerships (e.g. The Infatuation) targeted email digital banners social media and digital out-of-home.
- Sports Events and Partnerships Focus:Drive high-impact marketing initiatives that capitalize on sports and entertainment sponsorships firmwide events and cross-functional partnerships to maximize brand visibility customer engagement and business growth.
- Strategic Collaboration:Build and nurture strong relationships with internal teams (Product Analytics Finance Brand Card Corporate Development DCE) and external partners (Early Warning Services agencies sponsorship organizations) to deliver integrated best-in-class campaigns.
- End-to-End Campaign Execution:Manage all aspects of campaign delivery from objective setting and business case development through creative execution deployment and post-launch analysis ensuring alignment with business goals timelines and budgets.
- Performance Analysis & Optimization:Analyze campaign performance across channels leveraging data-driven insights to optimize strategies enhance customer experiences and inform future initiatives.
- Reporting & Communication:Prepare and present regular campaign performance reports to senior leadership and stakeholders highlighting successes learnings and opportunities for growth.
- Subject Matter Expertise:Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for Zelle marketing campaigns facilitating effective communication and alignment across all stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or related field; MBA preferred.
- 5 years of experience in consumer marketing with a strong background in managing multi-channel campaigns especially those involving sports events and strategic partnerships.
- Demonstrated success in leading complex integrated marketing initiatives across paid owned and earned channels.
- Proven ability to build and manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners including sponsorship organizations and agencies.
- Exceptional project management analytical and communication skills with a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
