Join our Victorian Office Leasing team and play a key role in driving new business delivering highquality marketing and supporting a fastpaced collaborative group. This is an ideal role for someone creative organised and ready to make an impact.
This is a clientfacing role split across two offices Melbourne CBD and the Melbourne East giving you exposure to diverse stakeholders projects and opportunities.
What youll do
- Create engaging submissions presentations pitches and visual materials.
- Manage multiple projects at once ensuring everything is delivered on time and on brand.
- Plan and deliver marketing campaigns including budgets schedules and performance reports.
- Produce brochures IMs and EDMs coordinating approvals printing and distribution.
- Build strong relationships with clients and support their marketing needs from start to finish.
- Work closely with creative agencies and coordinate photoshoots and video shoots.
- Attend client workshops to capture requirements and guide marketing outcomes.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on campaign performance.
- Support business development team marketing PR and client engagement events.
Qualifications :
What youll bring
- Experience in a similar marketing or submissions role (property or professional services preferred).
- Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills especially InDesign.
- Confidence interacting directly with clients and external stakeholders.
- Excellent time management and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Strong design sense formatting skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to research and transform briefs into effective marketing strategies.
