Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Communications & Leadership Support
- Develop comprehensive communication plans (internal and external) and key messages for senior leaders.
- Partner with leadership teams to articulate business priorities and align communications to organizational goals.
- Plan and execute quarterly town halls leadership presentations talking points and internal messaging frameworks etc.
Internal & External Campaigns
- Design and implement internal communication programs to cascade BU strategy and enhance employee engagement with business objectives and strategy.
- Lead external marketing and customer engagement initiatives across the Engine and Components segments.
- Drive integrated campaigns that align with business objectives and strengthen customer relationships.
Content Creation & Collateral Development
- Develop and manage high-quality marketing content including newsletters brochures product literature videos and other assets.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and platforms.
- Generate engaging business stories for PR and social media aligned with the corporate brand voice.
