Job Title: Innovation Program Manager
Duties & Responsibilities The Innovation Program Manager is responsible for transforming new and often loosely defined ideas into clear evidence-based decisions about what initiatives should be built scaled or stopped. This role partners closely with Strategy Creative Instructional Design and Operations teams to convert innovation requests into focused pilot programs with well-defined goals timelines and success criteria.
Key responsibilities include:

Design execute and manage small practical pilots and proof-of-concepts to test new ideas efficiently

Define success metrics evaluate outcomes and present clear recommendations (yes / no / not yet) based on data and insights
-
Ensure successful initiatives are ready for operational handoff including documented processes guidance and guardrails
-
Capture learnings from unsuccessful pilots and prevent unvalidated work from scaling protecting quality and brand standards
-
Apply strong judgment and problem framing to reduce wasted effort and accelerate decision-making
-
Support faster innovation by enabling better decisions not by increasing the number of experiments
-
Maintain a strong understanding of AI applications in Learning & Development including their impact on learning design content creation and delivery
-
Collaborate with video and content teams with working knowledge of video production workflows as they relate to learning and enablement
Required Skills & Competencies -
Systems and operational thinking with a focus on scalability and sustainability

Pilot design experimentation and validation methodologies

Strong problem framing analytical thinking and decision-making judgment

Understanding of AI models and technologies impacting Learning & Development

Experience with technology integrations across learning content and enablement platforms
-
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
Education & Experience -
Strong relevant professional experience in innovation program management learning strategy or related domains

Background in Learning & Development enablement digital learning platforms or enterprise technology environments is highly preferred
