Minimum Qualification : B. E / B. Tech or equivalent in any discipline.
To lead and drive the project team for completion of ongoing and upcoming expansion projects. Ensure implementation of strategies to optimize cost and project timeline.
Job Role: To ensure work is executed in line with Project Specifications (Technical and Quality) Project Cost and in full compliance with HSE (Health Safety and Environment) requirements.
Introduce innovative and benchmarked practices / measures that result in enhancing Productivity optimize cost and maximize capacity utilization.
K Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with project team planning engineers design engineers and vendor partners for defining construction plan & schedule. Predict resources needed to complete project.
- Ensure Co-ordination between all stakeholders for timely deliveries of services and materials at site.
- Identification of needs arising during the project executions & take timely actions.
- Deploy benchmark practices / standard that result in enhancing productivity lower cost and better standards on safety & quality.
- Interface with customer department for resolution of day-to-day issues. Provide necessary direction over contracts and subcontracts.
- Manage construction schedule work plan and monitor overall progress. Ensure updating of MIS for management reporting.
- Enforce all SOPs are maintained at workplace complete the project scope within cost quality and timeline with zero fatality and incident free commissioning.
- Build an effective and result oriented team with the help of performance management system and by defining KPI#s roles responsibilities and accountability of team members. Track team engagement and motivate to take up new challenges.

- Study the project scope through project brief and study the detail scope of work.
- Anchoring on-site construction activities as per given drawings to ensure project completion within time & cost parameters. Review & approve contractors bills.
- Responsible for contract administration project planning scheduling cost and quality control
- Competency in relevant experience of Project & Construction in different units of E&P
- Good understanding of Project & Construction of mechanical Structural equipment & media piping of brownfield projects
- Ability to timely identify construction Critical path/Interface issues of brownfield projects and suggest mitigation plan from time to time.
- Ensure proper implementation of past learnings to enhance process and construction activities.
