We are expanding our business development team and are looking for a motivated and platform-savvy Business Development Executive (BDE).
Role Summary
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for lead generation bidding on freelancing platforms client communication proposal creation and closing deals for digital services.
Roles & Responsibilities

Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork Freelancer Fiverr and similar platforms
-
Understand client requirements and prepare customized proposals and quotations
-
Communicate with international and domestic clients via chat email and calls
-
Convert leads into long-term clients and maintain strong client relationships
-
Coordinate with internal teams (SEO Development Ads Design) for accurate delivery commitments
-
Maintain a pipeline of prospects and track daily activities
-
Achieve monthly lead generation and revenue targets
-
Stay updated with platform algorithms bidding strategies and market trends
Skills & Requirements

Strong experience with Upwork Freelancer and Fiverr bidding & profile management

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proposal writing and negotiation skills

Basic understanding of SEO Website Development and Digital Marketing services

Ability to manage multiple conversations and deadlines

Client handling and requirement analysis skills

Target-oriented and self-motivated mindset
Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field (preferred)
