Experience:
- 1.5 to 3 years field marketing / sales experiencepreferably in solar energy or related technical products.
Salary Range: 30k to 40k
Roles:

Conduct field visits to generate and qualify solar leads in target markets (industries commercial & residential segments).

Promote and market solar EPC solutions offered by the company.

Engage with customers understand their energy needs and propose appropriate solar solutions.

Maintain regular follow-ups with potential clients to drive conversions.
-
Coordinate with internal teams to support proposal preparation costing and technical clarifications.

Maintain accurate CRM records of leads client interactions and status updates.
-
Support post-sales handoff for smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
-
Track competitors offerings and market trends in the solar segment.

Provide weekly sales reports and progress updates to the Sales Manager.
Qualification:

Bachelors Degree in Marketing Business Electrical Engineering or related discipline.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Comfortable with field travel and meeting clients at project sites.

Good understanding of solar energy systems solar EPC basics and renewable energy benefits.

Result-oriented with a target-driven mindset.
