Job Summary

Profile:Architect & Project Coordinator-Entertainment-Surat-45k

Experience:

2 - 5years of experience as an Architect with site coordination exposure
Experience in commercial / retail / entertainment / hospitality projects(preferred)

Salary Range: 25k to 45k

Roles:

Coordinate with multiple project sites and ensure smooth execution
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress quality and timelines
Coordinate with contractors vendors civil teams electricians fabricators etc.
Ensure design consistency and execution accuracy across all centres
Resolve on-site design execution and coordination issues
Share regular site progress updates and reports with management
Support documentation for licenses approvals and compliances when required
Handle multiple sites simultaneously and manage timelines effectively
Act as a bridge between design execution teams and management

Qualification:

Bachelors Degree in Architecture ()
Willingness to travel frequently.
