The School of Education Counseling Department invites applications for a Graduate Teaching Assistant.
To thrive in this role students will have experience or interest and capacity to learn curricular or research design and support. They will have an understanding of how learning/research/creative processes work and be able to collaborate and work in a diverse environment. Good organizational skills and communication skills are a must!
Enrollment in the UAF School of Educations Counseling Program as of Fall 2024 or Spring of 2025.
Minimum Qualifications:
Awarded Bachelors degree and pursuing a graduate degree at UAF.
Currently admitted to a graduate degree program at the University of Alaska.
Maintain a 2.00 cumulative GPA for all graduate credit courses
Must enroll in at least 6 credit hours during each fall and spring semester during the appointment.

This is a part-time exempt graduate student position. New hires will be placed on the Graduate pay scale based on education.
