Overview
Join our team supporting clients on hospice services with compassionate non-medical care at home. Youll work alongside the clients hospice clinical team to keep clients safe comfortable and supported while giving families respite.

Responsibilities (non-medical)

Companionship calm presence and family respite/sitting
Comfort-focused ADL support: bathing grooming dressing toileting/incontinence care
Repositioning/bed mobility per care plan; mouth care; linen changes; light housekeeping
Meal prep hydration prompts medication reminders (no administration)
Gentle routines soothing activities quiet overnight monitoring as assigned
Document simple shift notes in the app; observe & report changes to office/family

Requirements

Current CPR; valid drivers license & insurance; reliable vehicle
CNA or HHA for personal-care hospice support; companion-only roles also available
Smartphone for app; excellent communication and professionalism
