Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
- Translate business needs into functional specifications
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders
- Develop and maintain project documentation
- Support project management activities and timelines
- Conduct user acceptance testing and validate solutions
- Identify areas for process improvement and optimization
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration IT or related field
- 3 years of experience in business analysis or related role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g. Excel SQL)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Knowledge of project management principles is a plus
