Job Scope:
The Customer Support & After-Sales Specialist will act as the voice and face of the brand ensuring an outstanding post-purchase customer experience. The role involves handling customer inquiries and complaints across multiple channels providing product education and personalized recommendations coordinating with internal teams to resolve delivery and order issues and following up with customers to ensure satisfaction gather feedback and build long-term loyalty through efficient empathetic issue resolution.
Requirements
Bachelors degree.
23 years of experience in customer support after-sales or a related role.
Genuine interest in skincare and beauty (knowledge of ingredients such as Niacinamide Hyaluronic Acid Retinol Vitamin C etc. is highly preferred).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills with a patient and customer-centric mindset.
Very good spoken and written English.
Ability to work with spreadsheets and prepare basic reports.
