PLC / SCADA Programmer I
Position Type: Full-Time/Part-Time

Are you passionate about automation control systems and solving real-world problems Were looking for a PLC / SCADA Programmer I to join our team and help design program and support control systems that keep critical water and wastewater processes running smoothly.
This role is perfect for a motivated programmer who enjoys collaboration learning new platforms and seeing their work come to life in the field.
What Youll Do
As a PLC/SCADA Programmer youll work closely with engineers project managers field technicians and clients to deliver reliable high-quality automation solutions.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Program PLC logic and SCADA/HMI applications accurately and on schedule
Develop control logic HMI screens alarms and system functionality
Assist with on-site system start-ups commissioning and troubleshooting
Collaborate with project managers and engineers to meet scope budget and schedule
Support the development of internal programming standards and reusable libraries
Communicate clearly with clients contractors and stakeholders on project needs
Contribute to department initiatives marketing efforts and continuous improvement
Perform additional duties as assigned

What Were Looking For
Minimum Qualifications:
3 years of PLC/SCADA programming experience in water/wastewater processes
Strong understanding of industrial control systems and panel design
Working knowledge of field instruments and electro-mechanical devices
Ability to program using ladder logic structured text and VB scripting
Ability to read and interpret PLC wiring diagrams P&IDs and control narratives
Experience performing on-site troubleshooting with team support
Comfortable learning new software platforms independently
Solid understanding of modern computer systems and industrial networks
