By joining us as a Specialist I Customer Support you will provide excellent support to Fluid and Motion Control US trade operations regarding customer support. You will act as a frontline in giving solutions to customers through calls and emails.

In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Analyze qualify and complete change order requests.

  • Enter data orders and items into the Business System for special and replacement orders.

  • Escalate expedite orders and quote requests.

  • Answer calls and emails within a specific turnaround and talk time.

  • Attend meetings with other functional groups to discuss operations process updates issues and challenges.

  • Acknowledge customer complaints in emails and phone calls and provide solutions to customers.

  • Log individual productivity daily.

You have a strong drive for results and exhibit passion and enthusiasm to get things done. You can efficiently carry out tasks independently and generate accurate high-quality results. You are proactive and highly innovative in approaching problem-solving. You can proficiently communicate ideas and influence both internal and external customers. Youre interpersonally savvy and able to collaborate and efficiently work with people at any level.

For This Role You Will Need:

  • Bachelors degree in any 4-year course.

  • 6 months of relevant experience in customer support.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Salesforce

  • Excellent communication and typing skills.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Salesforce experience is a plus.
