Note: This position requires availability to work evenings and weekends.
Success in this role is supported by hands-on experience in a variety of outdoor recreation activities such as hiking camping rock or ice climbing paddling (canoeing kayaking rafting) and skiing.
Ideal candidates will have prior involvement with Outdoor Adventures programs whether through participation or employment and should bring a foundational understanding of outdoor leadership and group dynamics.
Additional qualifications that enhance success in this role include medical training and other documented certifications related to outdoor recreation safety and leadership. These may include but are not limited to Swiftwater Rescue ACA instruction avalanche safety AMGA or PCIA training NOLS coursework or leadership development classes and certificates.
