Assisting Hands Central Milwaukee is seeking a compassionate and dependable Caregiver to provide in-home support for a client during weekend mornings. This position focuses on personal care safety and companionship while following an established care plan.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with bathing and showering
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with dressing and personal grooming
- Provide incontinence care
- Prepare simple meals
- Perform light housekeeping tasks
- Assist with maintaining a safe home environment
- Safely operate a Hoyer lift as required
Client Information:
- Client has a cat in the home
Qualifications:
- Prior caregiving experience preferred
- Hoyer lift experience is required
- Experience with incontinence care
- Comfortable working in a home with a cat
- Reliable punctual and compassionate
- Able to follow a care plan and communicate effectively
