Job Summary
Job Description:
Media billing revenue accounting and financial reconciliation within advertising digital media or broadcast sectors.
Expertise in media billing processes: invoice creation validation rate checks campaign reconciliation and credit note management.
Proficient in month-end close activities including journal entries accruals deferrals and reconciliations.
Working knowledge of media billing systems (e.g. Bigsun) and revenue reconciliation across platforms such as Bigsun and D365.
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP formulas reporting); familiarity with BI tools is an advantage.
Proven ability to collaborate with sales media operations and finance teams to ensure accurate revenue and billing.
Strong track record of meeting deadlines and managing high-volume billing cycles with precision.
Experience in audit support and compliance with internal controls.
Analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement and workflow optimization.
Excellent communication skills for handling client queries and internal escalations.
