Client Servicing Team Multiple Levels (Executive to Manager)

We are expanding our Client Servicing team and are hiring across multiple levelsfromClient Servicing ExecutiveSenior ExecutiveAssociate Manager toManager. These roles are essential in connecting our clients with internal teams to ensure the smooth delivery of services and projects. Whether youre just starting out or bringing years of experience youll play a key role in building strong client relationships understanding business needs and supporting the successful execution of campaigns and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop a clear understanding of client goals industry context and challenges to offer relevant support.
  • Assist in preparing proposals presentations reports and performance reviews.
  • Coordinate and oversee the execution of client projects or campaigns from start to finish.
  • Monitor timelines deliverables and quality standards to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to identify opportunities for account growth.
  • Support issue resolution and escalation processes with a professional and solution-focused approach.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client communications and project updates.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or a related field.
  • 13 years of experience in client services account management or a similar role (experience requirements may vary by level).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint Word); familiarity with CRM or project management tools is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
  • Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
