Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support our media and marketing team. This internship offers hands-on experience in digital media planning campaign activation and strategic media support. The ideal candidate is passionate about marketing eager to learn and ready to contribute to real-world projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Media Strategy & Planning Support

  • Assist in the development of media plans and campaign proposals aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with team members to understand client goals and translate them into actionable media strategies.
  • Liaise with media vendors and partners to gather insights and support campaign planning.
  • Help maintain and update digital media plans ensuring accuracy and alignment with client expectations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as ad operations trafficking and analytics to ensure campaign readiness.

2. Campaign Activation & Execution

  • Support the setup and execution of campaigns across self-serve and managed media platforms.
  • Ensure accurate implementation of signed media plans and timely briefing of third-party vendors.
  • Monitor campaign performance pacing and delivery to ensure optimal results.
  • Maintain reporting templates and dashboards for media plans performance tracking and interim updates.
  • Assist in post-campaign analysis and reporting to evaluate effectiveness and ROI of media strategies.

3. Media Strategy Support

  • Conduct market and competitor research to inform media recommendations.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to improve media effectiveness.
  • Help prepare presentations and strategic documents for internal and client-facing meetings.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field.
  • Strong interest in digital marketing media strategy and advertising.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Prior experience or coursework in digital marketing is a plus.
