We are seeking a dependable and motivated Event Setup Assistant to support the preparation organization and breakdown of event spaces. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work thrive in fast-paced environments and take pride in contributing to seamless event operations.
Responsibilities
Assist with the setup and breakdown of event equipment furniture and displays
Prepare venues according to event layouts and specifications
Ensure all materials are positioned accurately and safely
Support the event team with logistical and operational needs
Maintain a clean organized and professional work environment
Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times
Qualifications :
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
Good time management and organizational skills
Physical ability to assist with lifting moving and standing for extended periods
