Job Description:

As a Senior Strategist you will play a key role in developing and implementing strategic plans for our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business objectives and provide them with tailored solutions to achieve their goals.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify market trends competitive landscape and opportunities for growth

- Develop comprehensive strategic plans for clients based on their specific needs and goals

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of strategic plans

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of strategic plans and make necessary adjustments to drive results

- Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to clients on business decisions

- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and incorporate them into strategic plans

- Lead client meetings and presentations to communicate strategic plans and progress

- Mentor and guide junior strategists on the team

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a strategic planning role preferably in a consulting environment

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategic plans

- Knowledge of various industries and market trends

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools

- Ability to travel for client meetings and projects as needed
