Job Overview: We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Check-in Boarding & Passenger Service Agents at our Visakhapatnam airport this role you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and boarding process for our passengers as well as providing excellent customer service throughout their journey. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters ensuring a friendly and welcoming experience - Verify travel documents and issue boarding passes - Handle baggage check-in and ensure proper tagging and handling - Assist passengers with special needs such as unaccompanied minors or passengers with disabilities - Coordinate with other airport staff to ensure timely and efficient boarding of passengers - Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules delays and any other inquiries - Handle passenger complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner - Ensure compliance with all safety and security regulations at all times - Keep accurate records of all passenger interactions and transactions Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask - Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays - Previous experience in the airline or hospitality industry is a plus but not required If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment then we want to hear from you!
