Due to growth were looking for a Research Manager to join our team in Melbourne and work across new high-profile clients and recent business wins. This role is key to supporting our research capability and contributing to actionable insights that shape the future of sports and entertainment marketing. Youll be a strong technical contributor in our growing team reporting to the Research Director to support the delivery of research projects and help build a scalable research pillar that supports both local and global client growth.
Core responsibilities:
Play a key role in the day-to-day running of ongoing research and reporting projects including questionnaire design fieldwork management analysis and reporting.
Contribute insights that inform strategy brand growth and audience engagement. Work across multiple data sources (quantitative qualitative syndicated) to generate actionable recommendations.
Assist with RFPs and solution design across projects helping identify appropriate research methodologies that address clients needs.
Support relationships and project delivery with third-party quantitative and qualitative data sources to address research questions and leverage outcomes.
Interpret data (client supplied internal and third-party) and prepare research reports that communicate actionable high quality research findings to internal and external stakeholders.
A bit about you:
Proven capability in quantitative research ideally within sports entertainment or media (a passion for sport and entertainment a must).
Strong technical capability in research design analysis and reporting; proficient in Q and familiarity with tools like SPSS and survey platforms.
Experience with syndicated data and secondary sources.
Eager to learn and grow under experienced leadership while building expertise in a specialist area
Adaptability and interest in embracing emerging trends technologies and methodologies that keep the research function innovative and competitive.
