Care Team Coordinator

Are you an organized strong and supportive leader and ready to make a compassionate impact At Assisting Hands Tri-Cities were seeking a Care Team Coordinator to manage caregiver/client schedules step in as a backup caregiver when needed answer phones train new hires and serve as the primary assistant to the Director of Administration. This full-time role offers competitive pay based on experience and competency.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative or care giving experience preferred

Current HCA certification or equivalent

Valid CPR/First Aid certification

Ability to pass a background check

Strong organizational and communication skills

Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license

Compassionate attitude with leadership potential
