Job Summary
- Running routine assays
- Develop novel separation and identification of assays
- Separation characterization identification of proteins and antibodies utilizing HPLC cIEF BioA/GX as well as other analytical techniques.
- Developing HPLC & UPLC based chromatography methods including size exclusion affinity normal-phase reverse phase ion exchange and hydrophobic interaction utilizing DAD FLD detectors.
Qualifications :
- Requires BS/BA in Chemistry or related sciences or equivalent along with relative experience (preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries). Will substitute relevant work experience in lieu of degree requirement
- Three years of HPLC experience
- HPLC and UPLC method development experience
- Experience running routine assays and developing novel separation and identification assays
- Experience and thorough understanding of HPLC and UPLC based chromatography (including size exclusion affinity normal-phase reverse phase ion exchange and hydrophobic interaction utilizing DAD FLD detectors)
- Strong organizational communication collaboration comprehension and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team self-motivation adaptability and a positive attitude
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
