As a Recruiter in our Human Resources Department you will help develop and execute our overall recruiting strategy to help us scale our business and source assess and onboard exceptional talent. You will use proactive innovative techniques as you lead our full cycle recruitment process. As a Recruiter you will enthusiastically demonstrate AirSprints Core Values in everything you this role you will:Design strategy assess recruitment needs and advise hiring managers on innovative and inclusive recruitment strategies. Suggest opportunities to increase AirSprints brand an agile approach to quickly deliver results in collaboration with hiring expertise into an effective bias-free applicant tracking candidates based on defined job resumes shortlist conduct prescreen calls schedule interviews and facilitate the interview and selection Predictive Index assessments and request background checks on potential hires to ensure effective hiring reference checks coordinate offer negotiations and provide effective closing to candidates questions and ensure they have the right information to make an informed onboarding of new employees working collaboratively with hiring managers and their teams and other internal recruitment generalis support to the HR team as be successful in this role you will have:Undergraduate degree in human resources or a related or working towards Registered Professional Recruiter (RPR) designation.A minimum of five (5) years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.A minimum of three (3) years of process management experience in a recruiting with applicant tracking to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook Excel Word) and HR information points if you have:HR generalist industry fit right in if you:Willing to step up and take the willingness to seek and provide constructive feedback as well as a commitment to personal and organizational growth and a humble team player and love to pitch in wherever youre effectively in English both verbally and in passionate about providing exceptional customer in a fast-paced agile good analytical thinking and organizational on getting things right down to the last think youll like working with us because:We care about your health and well-being and offer an employee assistance program extended health care benefits dental and vision benefits and paid time value your contribution to our success and provide a competitive salary and an RRSP matching have a great team and we work hard together toward common goals and with a passion for offer family and friends flight respect honour and celebrate the diversity of our employees as we know our differences make us better.
