Job Summary
With the continued growth of the transportation industry Scotlynn is seeking a Bilingual Class 1 Driver who would like to expand their career into Driver Recruiting. This is an in-office role based in Quebec with occasional in-person meetings and travel to hiring events. If you are bilingual (French/English) a natural communicator and passionate about connecting with fellow drivers we want to hear from you!

THE ROLE
Scotlynn is hiring a Bilingual Driver Recruiter with proven experience as a Class 1 Driver and strong experience in the transportation industry. This is an in-office position located outside the Greater Montreal Area with dedicated time on the road networking with drivers. The ideal candidate will be a licensed Class 1 Driver and have a deep understanding of the trucking and logistics world.
As part of our Driver Recruiting Team you will:
- Attract network interview and hire Class 1 / AZ drivers across Canada
- Build talent pipelines through job boards social media referrals and industry events
- Partner with operations and dispatch to ensure hiring needs are met
- Represent Scotlynn at trade shows info sessions and recruitment fairs
ABOUT YOU
- Bilingual French & English (written and spoken)
- Experience in transportation / logistics industry (Class 1 driver experience preferred)
- Tech-savvy with experience using ATS platforms Indeed and social media recruiting
- Strong communication and networking skills
- Able to travel and work occasional evenings/weekends for events
- Self-driven organized and thrives in a fast-paced environment
YOUR COMMITMENT
- Full-time permanent role
- Core hours: Monday Friday 8am 5pm
- Occasional evenings and weekends for hiring events
