The Toronto Blue Jays are looking for a Senior Manager Marketing Operations and Workflow!
Position Overview
The SeniorManager Marketing Operations & Workflowis responsible foroverseeing the systems processes andcross functionalcoordination that enable the marketing team tooperateefficiently and deliverhigh-qualitywork.
This role manages intake workflow productionlogistics vendor coordination and campaign execution across multiple departments. The Sr.Managerpartners closely with internal teams and external vendors and ensures that marketing initiatives move smoothly from request to addition to driving key organizational initiatives forward this role also collaborates on the strategic approach to those initiatives helping translatehigh leveldirection into actionable plans and workflows
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Operations & Workflow Management
- Oversee and continuously refine the creative request intake process ensuring submissions are complete accurate and actionable
- Manage workflow routing task assignment and progress tracking across marketing functions
- Consolidate and distribute cross-functional feedback to ensure alignment and timely decision-making
- Lead commercial spot and broadcast workflows including scheduling guidance trafficking oversight and documentation
- Maintain and optimize boards automations and processes; onboard and train new users; support teams adopting the platform
Campaign Planning & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Support strategic planning and integrated execution for major organizational initiatives including ticket product launches brand campaigns All-Star Postseason and Content team initiatives
- Establish and manage cross-functional workback schedules ensuring clarity of ownership alignment on milestones and accountability to deadlines across collaborating teams
- Oversee and optimize the marketing and ticketing calendar driving accuracy visibility and integration to support decision making and resource allocation
- Manage operational logistics for TBJ-related initiatives including annual player media days commercial shoots internal production needs ensuring seamless execution and elevating cross-team coordination
Production & Vendor Coordination
- Manage printing production and installation logistics including vendor communication quoting scheduling and delivery
- Lead ballpark asset management at a strategic level maintaining a comprehensive tracking system guiding a Cross functional working group and ensuring alignment and accountability across internal teams and external partners functional working group and ensuring alignment and accountability across internal teams and external partners
- Ensure smooth execution of installations and production workflows
Team Leadership & Daily Operations
- Lead the and optimize day-to-day workflow for designers including task assignment timeline management capacity planning and weekly priority setting
- Provide direction and oversight to the Associate ensuring accurate execution of scheduling trafficking and operational processes
- Strengthen cross-department communication to ensure clarity alignment and proactive issues resolution
Budget & Administrative Oversight
- Own Marketing budget management including ongoing tracking monthly reconciliation with the paid media team and categorization of spend
- Partner with the Associate on PO requests data logging and detailed tracking
- Maintain and enhance the Marketing SharePoint ensuring assets are organized and accessible
Qualifications
- 710 years in marketing operations project management campaign planning or a related field
- Proven ability to manage complex workflows multiple stakeholders and high-volume operational pipelines.-volume operational pipelines
- Strong vendor management and logistics coordination experience
- Expertise with workflow tools (e.g. Jira Asana)
- Excellent communication organizational and leadership skills
- Experience managing direct reports and driving accountability across teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced deadline-driven environment.-paced deadline-driven environment
- Passion for baseball and the Toronto Blue Jays
Applicants must be willing and able to work non traditional hours including evenings and weekends and holidays as required.
Salary: The anticipated base compensation range for this role is $95000 $110000. Actual base pay offered within this range may differ based on a range of factors including individual experience education skills and organizational needs.
