Position: Head Custodian

Location: Davis Hill ElementarySchool

Pay: Custodial Salary Schedule (Level IV)

Hours: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM 40hrs/wk

Head Custodian needed. This is a full -time position that requires a minimum of three years experience in a supervisory capacity and plant maintenance. The Head Custodian is responsible for assigning training and supervising all custodial addition the Head Custodian will assist the Building Principal in all plant operation issues including - maintaining cleaning and preventive maintenance schedules as well as advising on staffing needs and necessary equipment and supplies to ensure efficient building operations. The Head Custodian may also have responsibility for regular cleaning and snow removal duties as directed by the Principal. Knowledge of computerized building maintenance systems is required in this position.
