Job Summary

Seeking Custodian for automotive facility in Flint MI starting 3/9/26.

Overview:

$21.17/hour
Will be using a Floor Scrubber machine
- Should have experience on floor scrubbe or willing to be trained on the driving scrubber machine

Shifts:

6a-2:30p M-F with an occasional Saturday

Essential Janitorial Duties and Responsibilities:

Prefer candidates with floor care experience but must be willing to be trained on if no experience.
Moves equipment and furniture for proper cleaning
Cleans assigned areas with the use of assigned materials and equipment. Sanitize all surfaces. Follows the eight-step cleaning procedure.
Washes walls windows furniture baseboards and other items to maintain a clean safe environment for visitors and staff.
Performs tasks in accordance with all federal state and county guidelines.
Contributes to the team; exhibits professionalism with customers fellow employees and others.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a janitor custodian cleaner or housekeeping position preferred
Frequent lifting carrying pushing or pulling greater than 50 lbs.
Must be able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions
Must have reliable transportation
