About the role
We are seeking a leader to oversee operational excellence and enablement across multiple software products. This role focuses on establishing and optimizing operational processes implementing centralized solutions (e.g. observability authentication and authorization) and ensuring scalability and reliability. You will coordinate efforts across diverse technologies oversee technical teams manage offshore vendors and provide strategic operational leadership. The role also emphasizes promoting innovation continuous improvement in operational practices and alignment of operational standards across multiple product teams.
Your responsibilities
- Design and implement an ITIL-based operating model and support processes (L1L3)
- Oversee operations across multiple product teams and ensure SLA compliance
- Define and implement strategies for reusable tools libraries and automation frameworks
- Oversee the adoption of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling across teams
- Monitor progress of operational and centralized solution initiatives
- Remove roadblocks and triage issues across infrastructure networking and application layers
- Ensure deliverables meet scope timelines and quality standards
- Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability
- Promote a culture of accountability collaboration and continuous improvement
Our requirements
- Proficiency in operational models governance structures and ITIL methodologies
- Extensive background in software engineering and DevOps practices
- Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines automation frameworks reusable tooling and troubleshooting across infrastructure and applications
- Demonstrated ability to effectively guide cross-functional teams (without direct HR responsibilities) and manage offshore vendors and distributed teams
- Experience in stakeholder management prioritization and decision-making
- Bachelors or masters degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field
- 8 years of experience in software development and operations including at least 3 years in a leadership role
- ITIL and/or DevOps certifications will be beneficial
