About the role
Based in Palmerston North and reporting to the Regional Manager youll run daytoday operations across service and parts ensuring high performance strong safety standards and outstanding customer service.
Youll lead a team of 21 and play a key role in keeping the workshop humming.
You will:
Lead support and develop the branch team
Oversee workshop performance and customer relationships
Drive efficiency results and a winning team culture
Collaborate closely with regional and support leaders
What you bring:
Leadership experience in automotive transport or similar industries
Strong communication and teambuilding capability
Solid understanding of workshop or service operations
A proactive commercial mindset
Confidence with financials revenue cost control and profitability (PBIT)
