Implements operationalizes and assesses the use of policies and procedures to comply with policies set at the school college division institutional level UW System level and externally set requirements. Identifies needs and recommends policy and process improvements to school/college/division level leadership.

Masters Degree ORBachelors degree and three years of related paid professional experience.
Professional experience working in higher education or adjacent field.
Demonstrated experience with policy development implementation and/or adherence.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.
Professional experience exercising discretion regarding confidential or sensitive information.
Demonstrated experience with collegiate academic programs and/or curriculum processing.
Demonstrated experience working with shared governance and knowledge of processes.
