About you and this role

As a Supply Chain Coordinator you play a critical role in ensuring smooth and efficient supply chain operations. You support daytoday activities related to material flow order processing and inventory accuracy. You act as a key connection point between planning logistics customer service site teams and external partners to maintain operational continuity and high customer satisfaction.

You are detailoriented analytical and able to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment. You bring strong coordination skills the ability to manage multiple priorities and a commitment to accurate and timely execution of supply chain tasks

Responsibilities

• Order Coordination: Monitor and manage inbound and outbound orders ensuring timely processing delivery and issue resolution.
• Inventory Management :Track inventory levels reconcile discrepancies and support inventory checks to maintain accurate stock records.
• Data Accuracy in SAP: Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in SAP including material movements confirmations and documentation.
• Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate with internal teams such as planning/scheduling logistics site logistics and customer service as well as external partners including 3PLs to resolve operational issues and manage priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Logistics Supply Chain Management Business Administration or a related field.
• 15 years of experience in supply chain or logistics operations preferably within a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office reporting tools VIP and SAP ECC.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. Excellent time management abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

• This role serves as a key link between outplants inbound operations and downstream logistics contributing directly to overall supply chain performance.
