WHO WERE LOOKING FOR
An accomplished Director who will take ownership of some of the key client relationships we have in the region and is primarily responsible in leading the strategic growth and planning excellence while overseeing the activation delivery of these accounts.
Responsibilities
WHAT YOULL BE DOING ON ANY GIVEN DAY
1. Strategic Leadership
- Lead the development of annual and campaign media strategies that connect brand and performance objectives.
- Translate client briefs (business objectives and goals) into data-driven strategy frameworks with actionable KPIs
- Develop and execute full-funnel media plans across digital and traditional channels ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Partner with our strategy data activation and creative teams to develop integrated insight-led campaigns driving strategic media recommendations and identify opportunities to enhance campaign performance
- Drive media innovation and thought leadership ensuring clients are ahead of market trends including working closely with media partners to drive new opportunities for clients.
2. Client Leadership
- Serve as senior point of contact for senior client stakeholders providing strategic counsel and direction.
- Be the senior client lead in region working closely with our internal Global teams and clients to drive media performance and account efficiencies.
- Build trusted relationships with clients marketing media and business teams.
- Champion a results-oriented approach that connects media investment to business outcomes.
- Present strategic recommendations performance reviews and learning agendas to senior client leads.
3. Team & Operational Leadership
- Lead inspire and mentor the activation team to deliver best-in-class media thinking and executional excellence.
- Collaborate closely with strategy data and activation to ensure consistency between planning strategy and execution.
- Guide teams in translating business challenges into actionable media plans across all channels (digital social programmatic offline etc.).
- Oversee budget planning forecasting and effective resource allocation.
Required Skills

- 12 years experience in a media agency environment with strong experience in strategic and communications planning.
- Proven experience leading major client accounts and managing senior client relationships.
- Strong understanding of both brand and performance media across digital social and offline channels.
- Expertise in audience planning data-driven marketing and effectiveness measurement.
- Excellent presentation storytelling and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead inspire and grow diverse teams across markets or disciplines.
