Essential duties and responsibilities

• Close collaboration with external customers: Hospitals Management Administration Physicians Nurses Pharmacists customer operations and also wholesalers consortiums.

• Cooperation with internal customers (mainly Marketing/Customer Operation Medical Dep RA and Technical Service) in sales process creation in actual territory.

• Product portfolio promotion - F2F calls presentations workshops participation in local and national congresses & conferences.

• Sales target realization.

• Competitive environment analysis and Baxter/competitors sales analysis.

• Work territory - zachodniopomorskie lubuskie wielkopolskie.

Qualifications Education and/or Experience

• Experience in sales in a pharmaceutical or medical company is essential; knowledge of nephrology would be an asset.

• Excellent presentation negotiation and selling skills.

• Problem-solving skills flexibility and goal orientation.

• Independence and consistency in action which translate into above-average work results.

• Ability to effectively use marketing tools in everyday work search for innovative solutions adapted to the changing market situation.

• Minimum Bachelors degree is obligatory.

• Driving license B and driving experience is a must!

• Proficient in MS Office environment.

• Good knowledge of written and spoken English preferred.

At Baxter we are committed to equitable pay for all employees and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The minimum salary for this position is PLN annually. Your initial pay could be at the minimum or higher based on skills and expertise experience and other relevant factors all of which are subject to change. This position may also be eligible for competitive benefits discretionary bonuses and/or long-term incentive.
