Recommends and executes learning strategies to address the departamental or organizational development needs.
Develops team members ensuring they ehxibit key skills and competencies required to perform their jobs.
Creates and reports periodically actionable learning metrics with all the stakeholders.
Provides training support and services to similar accounts.
Plans the training budget for the BU or the particular account.
Ensures that identified training needs are aligned with business objectives.
Manages overall training of the business group through needs identification solutions training plan and delivery.
