Production / Manufacturing Associate
Wood & Plastic Products
What Youll Do
- Cut finish clean store and ship wood and plastic products
- Follow job orders and verbal or written instructions
- Inspect finished products to make sure they meet quality standards
- Move products between workstations and the shipping area
- Safely operate shop equipment and machinery
- Report any issues defects or safety concerns to management
- Notify management of equipment problems or workplace injuries
Skills Were Looking For
- Strong communication skills (spoken and written English)
- Ability to accurately use a tape measure
- Comfortable following instructions and quality standards
- Attention to detail and safety-focused mindset
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Manufacturing / production setting
- Standing walking lifting and using hand tools throughout the day
- Ability to use basic computer equipment (keyboard monitor etc.)
- Must be able to lift up to40 lbs
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or GED required
- 12 years of manufacturing experience preferred
- Experience using shop equipment (such as table saws or routers) is a plus
Experience:
- Manufacturing: 1 year (Preferred)
- Power tools: 1 year (Preferred)
- Precision measuring instruments: 1 year (Preferred)
