Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Process all purchase orders for team

• Serve as financial systems administrator

• Provide customer support for the users of financial systems to ensure accuracy of data and develop training materials (e.g. recordings quick reference guides etc.) to facilitate adoption of these systems

• Partner with study leads to manage monthly accruals and invoicing

• Work with leadership team to forecast and track T&E congress attendance

• Coordinate and tracks issues and works with business to troubleshoot.

• Assist in solution design of financial systems based on functional requirements and understanding of finance systems and business

• Provides ongoing analytical support to management including preparing budgets and forecasts and supporting the portfolio review strategic planning and budget processes

• Conducts monthly reporting and variance analysis and maintains a consistent internal reporting structure within consolidations and production environment

• Owns the execution and distribution of monthly management reports and ad hoc reports as required

• Design data visualizations and reporting

• Assess and implement new data analytics AI and business intelligence tools to drive capabilities to advance resource modeling and forecasting

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree and Seven Years Experience

OR

Masters Degree and Five Years Experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• BA or BS degree in Business or Accounting.

• 4 years of relevant experience with Hyperion Applications and Oracle ERP

• Experience in biotech or pharmaceuticals industry a plus.

• Experience in multi-national organization a plus.

• Working proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly in Excel and Database structures is required.

• General accounting knowledge

• Experience with project reporting operational accounting and reporting a must.

• Demonstrate excellence and versatility in undertaking complex and global organizations.

• Strong organizational and analytical skills

• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Able to work in a deadline driven and multi-task environment.

• Excellent interpersonal skills
