DescriptionThis position is primarily for educational or religious purposes and should be used for providing valuable educational experiences for the Intern. It is to give the Intern an opportunity to see how principles and practices learned in their educational institutions are applied in actual work setting. Under general supervision the Intern performs work as assigned by the department.
ResponsibilitiesProject Delivery & Coordination
- Support the definition and communication of project objectives goals and success criteria
- Assist in organizing resources required to meet project requirements
- Help manage projectlevel scope schedule and budget under the guidance of senior project leadership
- Coordinate tasks and deliverables to ensure projects progress as planned
- Support endtoend project execution from initiation through closure
Integration Management
- Support the planning execution monitoring and closing of projects of small to medium complexity
- Help ensure multiple workstreams and deliverables align into a cohesive whole
Scope Management
- Use standard project management processes to ensure projects include all required workand only the required workto meet objectives
Schedule & Time Management
- Support the development and maintenance of project schedules
- Track progress and help identify risks to timely completion
Quality Management
- Support quality planning and assurance activities
- Help ensure project outcomes meet defined needs and expectations
Team & Resource Support
- Collaborate with project team members to support effective use of skills and resources
- Contribute to a positive collaborative team environment
Communications Management
- Support timely and appropriate creation collection distribution and storage of project information
- Provide clear communication that connects people ideas and information
QualificationsPaid Interns are qualified while enrolled in an educational institution and for one year following graduation. They must sign a Paid Internship Engagement Letter.
