About the Role
At Regal Rexnord we are searching for a dynamic and visionary Executive Recruiter who thrives on shaping leadership teams and influencing business success across a global this highly strategic role you will act as a trusted advisor to senior executives crafting innovative search strategies engaging toptier leadership talent and driving the recruitment experience that fuels our culture and longterm objectives. You will help us attract transformative leaders by combining deep market insight compelling storytelling and disciplined search execution to elevate how Regal Rexnord competes for executive talent worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Search Strategy
Develop and execute tailored search strategies for seniorlevel and executive roles leveraging direct sourcing talent intelligence platforms market mapping and deep industry insights.
Lead the full lifecycle search process including intake and strategy sessions sourcing candidate evaluation executive slating interview orchestration and compensation alignment.
Build and maintain a robust diverse talent pipeline by engaging passive talent through targeted outreach and relationshipbuilding.
Stay ahead of leadership and labormarket trends competitor activity and evolving global talent dynamics to continuously refine search strategies.
Serve as a brand ambassador who articulates Regal Rexnords vision culture performance trajectory and leadership expectations in ways that resonate with executives across industries and regions.
Stakeholder Partnership
Act as a strategic advisor to HR Leaders business presidents and functional leaders by delivering market intelligence leadership insights and recruiting recommendations that enable informed decisionmaking.
Facilitate highquality communication throughout each search providing executiveready updates talent slates competitive intelligence and datadriven recommendations.
Partner closely with the broader Talent Acquisition COE including sourcing specialists and recruitment operations partners to ensure a seamless candidate and stakeholder experience.
Process Excellence & Reporting
Ensure compliance with internal processes legal standards confidentiality protocols and global recruiting best practices.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other TA tools to ensure consistency visibility and data integrity.
Provide metrics that support continuous improvement and elevate the executive recruitment function.
Contribute to the development of COE tools playbooks processes and thought leadership that strengthen our global talent strategy.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelors degree in Business HR or a related field.
5 years of executive recruiting experience preferably within a global manufacturing industrial or complex multibusiness environment.
Proven success in hiring seniorlevel or executive roles through direct sourcing Relationship building market intelligence and strategic stakeholder partnership.
Skills & Competencies
Exceptional sourcing networking and relationship building skills with proven ability to engage and influence passive executivelevel talent.
Strong business acumen with the ability to quickly understand organizational strategy functional priorities and leadership requirements.
Demonstrated proficiency with ATS platforms and advanced recruiting tools such as Workday Recruit LinkedIn Recruiter AI tools and other marketmapping or talentintelligence technologies.
Excellent communication executive presence negotiation skills and the ability to lead difficult conversations with confidence and integrity.
High attention to detail strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple executive searches simultaneously.
Understanding of employment laws global recruiting nuances and best practices across varied geographies.
Annual Salary: $100000-$150000
The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the companys base pay compensation for this position. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors including but not limited to the physical worksite location the geographic market of that location candidates skill set level of experience education and internal peer compensation comparisons among other potential factors.
