This role is designed to lead the growth planning of one or more brands in the Mark Anthony portfolio for the US Business. The Sr. Manager Brand Commercialization will be responsible for building the local marketing strategy deployment commercial management of Brands in the US.

Commercial Activity Plan and activation calendar
cross-functional teams to execute brand activations aligned with strategy
Innovation implementation and volume planning
SKU assortment review & pricing strategy
budget performance reporting agency management and local asset adaptation

Metrics (i.e. Portfolio Management Volume Projection & SKU Optimization)

- Brand growth plan and strategic commercial delivery

- Innovation Brand strategy planning & asset delivery

Skills Needed to Be Successfull:
Degree & 6-8 years of progressive marketing experience in Alc/Bev or CPG
leading a fast-moving explosive-growth brand
ability to think creatively coupled with strong analytical and leadership skills
Compensation:
Compensation offered to prospective Team Members has taken internal equity into consideration and can vary depending on a positions location. The final agreed upon wage may vary based on the job-related knowledge skills and experience of the individual.
