BUファイナンスと協力しより質の高い販売計画の策定やビジネス進捗確認のための部門横断的な議論をリードする
ビジネス戦略とビジネス上の疑問を理解し主要な市場調査の設計と実施又は二次的データの提供によりビジネス上の疑問に対するインサイトやソリューションをBUに提供する
セールスフォースエフェクティブネスに役立つ分析結果やインサイトを営業企画推進チーム/BUに提供する
各営業サイクルのインセンティブ計画立案とフォローアップ販売目標計画の営業担当者までの落とし込みにおいて必要なデータを提供しBUならびに営業企画推進チームを支援する
1.販売予測
- BUやファイナンスと協力しバイオジェン グローバルで設定されている年間マイルストンのタイミングに合わせて売上予測の仮説を立て計算する
- 計算ロジック投入データについて説明責任を負う
- 売上予測の各マイルストンの検討会議を開き関係者間の議論を促進し資料の取り纏めを行う
2.市場調査
- BUと協力し市場調査の基本計画を立案し調査を実施する
- ビジネスニーズに基づき外部データを購入し分析しインサイトをBU/JLTに提供する
- 一次/二次市場調査を通じて得られた発売前のブランドに先を見据えたinsightsを関係者に提供したり販売予測に活用する
3.マーケティングエクセレンス
- 二次データIQVIAMDVなども活用し市場トレンドやコマーシャル活動上のインサイトを得てBU/JLTに提供する
- KPIダッシュボードを設計しデータを更新しBU/JLTに提供する定期的にニーズを把握しテンプレートと追跡内容を更新する
- BIツールCEA Reflexの内容を深く理解しGlobalの分析結果による判断と国内の分析結果による判断を整合させる現在使用されているBIツールの課題を検討しニーズ別の検討に基づき改善計画を提案する
4.セールスフォースエフェクティブネス
- 包括的な方法とデータに基づき国内販売目標をregion/territory/施設レベルに分割する方法をBUに提案し合意に基づいた方法で算出する
- 販売実績の追跡において営業活動上の課題やインサイトを抽出しBU/RHに提供する
- インセンティブプランの立案にデータ分析からのインサイトを提供し議論を活性化させるインセンティブプランの進捗状況を追跡するためのダッシュボードを整えBU/RHに提供する
Minimum educational level
- 経済統計公衆衛生情報技術又は関連分野における学位又は同等の学位
Minimum experience requirements necessary to perform the job
- 製薬業界における5年以上の経験
- マイクロソフトのオフィスツールエクセルアクセス又は統計ツールを用いた3年以上のデータ分析経験
- 販売予測の実務経験
- 市場調査の実務経験
- マーケティングモデル分析の実務経験
- 限られたガイダンスである程度複雑な部門間プロジェクトを実施し期限内に終わらせた経験
- 日本語と英語の両方の専門的コミュニケーション能力がある
