Requirements

About the Role

You will play a key role in driving adoption and revenue for our platform by engaging independent pharmacies through high-volume outreach inbound demo handling consultative selling and ongoing account management. This role blends inside sales front-end marketing execution and customer onboarding giving you true ownership of revenue generation and the complete customer journey.

In this role youll work closely with US-based customers gaining global market exposure and hands-on experience in a fast-growing SaaS environment. Youll operate during US business hours (night shift) collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver real impact. This is a high-visibility opportunity for a self-driven learner who enjoys customer conversations takes ownership of outcomes and thrives in a fast-paced results-driven culture.

A Day in the Life

  • Make 150 outbound calls per day to independent pharmacies to generate interest platform adoption and close subscription opportunities.
  • Handle inbound demo requests conduct discovery calls and deliver product overviews or demos
  • Drive free-trial signups and paid subscription conversions directly contributing to revenue
  • Own and generate revenue by meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Execute and follow up on email campaigns in collaboration with the Marketing team
  • Manage assigned accounts by building relationships onboarding customers and identifying growth opportunities
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and route them to the appropriate teams when required
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing Product Customer Support and Clinical teams
  • Maintain accurate activity pipeline and revenue tracking in CRM tools

What You Need

  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Comfort with high-volume calling inbound demos and daily sales activity
  • A self-learner mindset with the ability to quickly understand products and customer needs
  • Strong ownership mentality with a focus on revenue generation and results
  • Ability to handle objections and close deals
  • Willingness to work in a target-driven fast-paced environment

    Preferred Skills
  • Experience in inside sales account management or SaaS sales
  • Experience selling subscription-based products or platforms
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales or email marketing tools
  • Exposure to healthcare pharmacy or B2B customers (good to have)
  • Strong collaboration skills and proactive problem-solving ability
